Julia McLaughlin was born in Michigan and moved to Florida in 2012. She absolutely loves everything about this particular site in Florida. With its many beaches, theme parks, and activities it makes it a prime location to live. She enjoys helping people find joy and happiness in their lives. She comes from a background of 20 years in sales/management with 3 years in the education field and brings a myriad of skills and experience to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Julia McLaughlin attended Eastern Michigan University and earned a Bachelor's of Science, and her skills in art and design give her a unique insight into how to find your perfect dream home.

Julia McLaughlin entered the Real Estate world in order to help people accomplish their dreams of homeownership. She loves helping people find joy in the world and in life. Whether looking for that perfect investment property or the best starter home, she enjoys it all, and hasn’t looked back.

Julia McLaughlin lives in Tampa, FL with her significant other, son, soon to be daughter, and her rescue puggle. She spends her free time painting, kayaking, playing with her son, and living her best life.
